About fee system
When should I pay?
After consultation, we will give you an estimate of fee. And, as soon as possible after consultation or later, you will have a contract when you request us to apply your visa.
After that, we will charge half of the fee as a starting money. After confirming receipt, we will start moving to visa application.
Before going to apply for a visa, we will claim the remaining half of the fee.
After confirming receipt, we will apply to immigration office. In addition, while you may be asked for additional material during this time, it is all free.
If you do not get permission, you have to go to the immigration office with me and listen to the reasons for non-permission, and plan a strategy for re-application.
There will be no additional fee in reapplying.
If re-application is not permitted again, we will visit the immigration office again for re-re-application. Even at the time of applying again, of course, no additional fee will occur.
In that case, if you were told that it was impossible for any further applications, We will reimburse you by deducting the administrative fee (specifically postal fee, transportation fee, fee required for application such as fee to immigration etc.) from the fee you paid.
In addition, depending on the customer's circumstances, we can not repay the fee (in the case that you did not tell the truth etc.)
Consultation & estimate → contract → start 50% → preparation and completion of application document
→ 50% remaining → visa application → result
(When not permitted) → interview for reasons → re-application → interview for reasons
→ (It is impossible to apply any more) → refund "the paid fee - administrative fee"
Why are you cheaper than other offices?
How do Immigration lawyer offices decide their fee? I think there are various ways of doing it. However, from my point of view, I feel that the service of Immigration lawyer offices is a bit high.
It is important, "Customer First".
The most disappointing pattern is that a foreigner tries to ask Immigration lawyer offices for a help, but because it is too expensive to ask the support, and so he/she submits it his/herself, and the visa don't get a permission. In this case, if you go to ask the reason for refusal, you will have to go by yourself, so it will be difficult to write a document for reapplication. In the worst case, he/she give up the application and return to his/her country....
As a specialist of law, I hope to pridefully work on Immigration lawyer who is studying law every day, studying judicial precedents, not only trend of immigration but also politics and economy. However the fee of an application visa must be reasonable for customers.
So, there is only one answer.
For that reason, we introduced a hourly wage system that is easy to maintain transparency of a fee estimation.
In the region of a legal profession, a hourly wage is set at 7000 yen, and a simple work that anyone is able to set, hourly wage is set at 1000 yen (as of March 2018).

What are the merits and de-merits of the course going to the immigration service on myself?
Anyway, the price is cheap. Although the rate of discount is different for each service, I think that it is about 20 to 30% discount.
Since the quality of the document is the same as the course applying for proxy application, it does not affect the result of permission/refusal of that divinity.
If a permission of your visa is easy, it may be better to do it yourself with a cheap fee.
When the visa becomes refusal, the demerit is very large.
In that case, you must go to ask the reason. At that time, if you apply by yourself, only you can appear at that place. So even if the examiner talks about the law and explains the reasons for non-permission, it can not obtain guidelines for reapplying.
Of course, even if you go to the immigration office by yourself, we will give you the question papers before the interview. But it is not easy to negotiate with the officer.
In the case the application will be difficult, I will not recommend you the course to go to the immigration office by yourself.
